The forest ant activities continue throughout the year. However, it is different from each season. In winter there are no ants paths to follow, but you can clearly see the nests are. The trees and bushes have lost their leaf. In the summer you can see the nest through the bushes and high vegetation not see it. But the ants paths betray their presence.
